I am a freelance food, restaurant and wine writer working with clients such as JancisRobinson.com, Penguin Random House and Falstaff. Trained in the humanities at Warwick, Oxford and Goldsmiths and professionally by the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) and the Academy of Cheese, I am a proud member of the Guild of Food Writers.
I also judge food, drink and related writing for a number of organisations around the world including the Great Taste Awards, the Quality Food Awards, the International Cheese and Dairy Awards and the International Wine and Dessert Pairing competition.
This year, I will be joining the panel for the World Cheese Awards in Cordoba and the jury for the Deutz Trophy at the Constance Festival Culinaire in Mauritius.
